i want - water chestnut cake, panfried, sweet, sticky, full of crunch. and tapioca kueh, not the soft kind coated in grated coconut which you get at bengawan solo, but the flat kind that has been fried on both sides, so that it's just browned on the outside and still bright green within. it can't be that hard to make, surely it's just grated tapioca and coconut milk and, i don't think there's flour in it is there? pandan extract for the green. what else? that must be all. i'll see if that works and report back shall i?
