hey, how many ways are there to say "a purpley sort of colour?" i'm looking for a floor rug that would be in more or less the same colour family as my curtains, duvet and cushions. i'm looking on ebay and other online marketplaces and you never know what people would list their rugs as. i've tried:

purple
plum
wine
eggplant (which is a very fashion catalogue description!)
burgundy
violet
mauve (this list sounds more and more like the clinique lipstick range)
lavender
lilac
grape

is that the lot? if so i am not finding many affordable rugs. and the floors will start getting cold soon!
