i'm reading julian barnes's flaubert's parrot. (which will be a nice transition from the 20th century british - where i'm plannning to hang out for just a few weeks more - and then to move on either to the french 19th century, or revisit the russians of my early teens.) and hopefully after that some of my books will have arrived from cville and i then i can start on the americans. and by september that will be enough fun reading and i can settle down to do some serious school reading. ah. sounds like a plan.
