su-lin informs me that she came up with the idea of putting up a huge banner in college saying happy birthday shakespeare! and choonping got mr leong (the discipline master) to announce, during monday morning assembly: "good morning college, on behalf of the college we would like to wish mr william shakespeare a very happy birthday."
