i can't believe it!!!

yes, given there are two addresses, one on each side of the envelope.

on one side of the envelope it is neatly written To: ms sarah ang. it has a singapore address, and an 80 cents (therefore international air mail) stamp.

the other side of the envelope has a scrawled address. it has no postage stamp, does not say to anybody, and, for goodness sake, has a flap!

so obviously the post office puts a date stamp on the side with my return address and sends it back to me.

i shall never, never, never, ever understand the usps.
