i came home from the supermarket with a frying pan and immediately commissioned it for the preparation of dinner. i wasn't in fact sure there was anything i could fry, but look in the fridge and find six brown eggs looking innocently back at me, so i swoop on them and crack them into a bowl and get out some soy sauce and soup base and sugar (well i didn't have any, so i had to melt down some chinese rock sugar in the microwave.) and mix all of that together. the pan, being round, and rather too large, made the folding awkward, and i can't say the end result looked impressive, but it certainly tasted just right - firm and not over-moist, sweet and aromatic. i should do this more often. everyone else should try it too. here's a recipe i found - you'd probably do much better following it - i just pour and sprinkle things in liberally.
