trapezium, trapezoid, capitate, hamate.

in that order, from left to right, if you are holding your left hand up to you, palms up. they are arranged in roughly two stacked rows of four, and if you start nearest to your wrist with the scaphoid and return to the thumb when you reach trapezium you will have got them all.
