thought i'd use up the last of my chopped walnuts, so mixed them in with rice and vinegar and made rice balls (with edamame in the centre) and ate them with a dish of sliced cucumber and horseradish salad cream (i adore my horse radish salad cream which is so much more delightful than the plain kind i usually buy) and a bowl of miso soup. no tea, but i tried some green tea soy milk which was surprisingly good.
